No slider for transparency

A few more details: It looks like the slider only disappears in version 4.0.2… it’s still there in 4.0.1. Unfortunately I didn’t find a rollback version.

In the meantime, please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then provide the details as explained above.

This issue has been fixed in the dev version of the theme. For a temporary solution, you can update the theme manually to the dev version. If you can you can do the steps below to update the theme manually:

1. First, download the theme: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bnMiI3i1yewbQO9oMZ2THxXJmyBAQdZn/view?usp=sharing.
2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add New.
3. Click on the “Upload Theme” button.
4. Choose the theme and click on the install now button: https://i.postimg.cc/y8tSqfH2/image.png
5. Next, click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button: https://i.postimg.cc/jSctP28c/image.png

Now, please recheck your issue.

Note: if you have a cache plugin or server/CDN or LiteSpeed cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes.
