Based on this error message, it typically means that there was an issue on our end with the API, most specifically for some requests that were seeking to sync up any potential new lists from your account, and pull those into the available lists shown in your WordPress admin area.

That said, as it appears issues didn’t persist with regards to this, it should be safe to disregard at this time. As Kris noted, there were successful signups after their original posting of their own log, so that functionality is still going well at this time.
