Not working for a human

  • Hello,

    The verification is not working for a human trying to checkout on the site.

    This is the first issues I’ve heard of, we’ve had many others get verified and checkout with no problems, but she said she has tried many times and sent the screenshot showing:

    “Error” Having trouble? Send feedback

    Please advise as she needs to be able to checkout.

    Installed on a WordPress site with WooCommerce using Avada Theme
