Not sure how to check to find the point of failure here all I get is
“TNC Toolbox hit a snag purging?the NGINX Cache. If this continues, please contact your Hosting Support.”

Settings use the domain as a connection which resolves locally to the public IP of the server.
If I try the IP or ‘localhost’ it doesn’t connect due to a lack of SSL.

This IP is whitelisted in the local sever LDF and cPHulk firewalls, and as above ports are open.
Triple Triple checked API keys and name etc. not sure what else could be going on here.

‘snag’ is a bit of a weak term to give hosting support. Any further ideas?

/class-tnc-wp-toolbox-run.php seems to indicate logging errors goes to “tnc_wp_toolbox_cpanel_action_error” in transients. I installed a transient plugin and can not find anything here matching ‘toolbox’.

OK. My error. I had the API user name NOT the cPanel user name in use (very similar).
Still though a better error message would help me discover my stupidity.

    Thanks @jamiewd – we’ve now released v1.3.9 which passes through the response/error.

Also mentioned on the Settings page now about cPanel vs API User.
