When trying to email attendees it says, ‘Successfully queued 1 email(s) for sending. These will be sent within a few minutes.’ But they never get sent, and when I click the option to ‘Send messages immediately and skip queueing, not advised for large list of emails as this could fail during the process but after having sent some emails already.’ it brings up this error:

Email sending failed. Please see error messages below:

    • Please supply a valid email format.’

Even though I tried various formats to send the email.

How can I make it work?? The page is when you click an event booking and then click send email

  • Looks like the “email attendees” is a feature of the pro version of the plugin which gets turned on when you turn on the following option in the Emails tab of Events Manager settings: Enable Emailing Booked Users?

This forum is just for the support of the free version of Events Manager.

@joneiseman thank you very much for your attention to everyone’s requests for help!

I (and @enkoes) can NOT log into our EMPro accounts either …and we are the paid owners. I’ve been trying to get help for a month and a half now! Of course, I’ve been unable to post a support request on EMPro. Below is the only official response that I got from my Non-Pro request attempt to get some help:

Sorry, there’s nothing I can do to help with this. I see @krambie already sent a request for help from @msykes

For anyone having the same problem the attendees must check the communications consent for you to be able to send a mail to the after the fact…

I dont know why TreeTrail keeps responding in this forum

My apologies @mbarberi02. I thought someone said in this thread, said that they’re unable to log into Pro.
