I am using Form Maker Pro 2.15.2 on WordPress 6.6.2. When showing a form, the browser console says:

Uncaught ReferenceError: fm_document_ready is not defined

I’m not aware of anything technical I changed, I just edited some form definitions. I googled the word “fm_document_ready”, but there was only a single result, and that was unrelated to my problem.

I suspect that this error causes conditional form fields to be shown always, even if they shouldn’t.

How can I fix this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nazelisargsyan,

Thanks for the pointer to the support form, that looks very simple indeed.

In the meantime, I solved the problem myself by configuring the cookie banner plugin. That plugin had suppressed the scripts.min.js file, and that suppression caused the missing reference to fm_document_ready. Just in case anyone else stumbles upon the same error message.

    Regards, Roland
