captcha and download link

    I use the direct download link: https://simple-download-monitor.com/direct-download-link-creation/ I use the link in a button of the block editor.

    When captcha is enabled and I try to download the file, I get the next warning: ERROR: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed. Do you have JavaScript enabled?

    I disabled all plugins and tried it without my childtheme of the twenty twelve theme but the problem remains. I checked it on a windows 10 laptop and on a android tablet and phone but the same problem.

    i followed your advice by using the healthcheck & troubleshooter plugin but the problem remains.

    I use captcha on two other places on the website. There I don’t have the problem.

    I installed also new key’s but that doesn’t resolve the problem too.

    I use invisible recaptcha with wpforms and the visible recaptcha with download manager. Both have the same google sitekeys.

    Because of the problem on simple download manager I tried new sitekeys but this didnt resolve the problem

    Have you tried disabling all of your other plugins except ours? If you haven’t, can you try this. Let me know how you go.

    I have done that with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (disabling all plugins except simple download monitor.) This didn’t help.

    Apologies, I forgot to ask you. Did you create keys for?reCAPTCHA V2 “I am not a robot” checkbox?option? This is the only option currently working with our plugin.

    Also, please check the following instructions from Google. Lets hope they can help you.

    I have the right keys for ?reCAPTCHA V2 “I am not a robot” and two other plugins which use recaptcha have no problems.
