Non existing variants showed on frontend

  • Hello, we have issue that non existing variants are shown. 8 variants listed on the frontend but just 4 variants existing in the backend. We cleared all cache, disabled caching plugins. Also cleared all “Orphaned variations” or “Expired transients” in Woo > Status.

    Displaying Out of stock products disabled.

    Tried to search for these variations in wp_postmeta, wp_posts, wp_options tables but no luck. If I switch off the plugin and use dropboxes, only existing variants are shown. What could be the problem?

    Hi @guid33 ,

    We have received your report. This issue might be triggered by a conflict between our plugin and something external on your site. So all the terms configured for each attribute will be dislayed fully in the frontend.

    You might want to test further by trying to deactivate all other plugins, only kee WooCommerce and our plugin on your site to check the dislayed terms. If they are correct, you can reactivate others one by one to find the source of the conflict.
