    Hi,

I recently updated woocommerce from a very old version (about 3 years ago), I noticed that no data is displayed in the analytics panel, not even the data of orders placed after the update. I see everything correctly in the wocoomerce > reports panel. Do I need to perform some type of import?

    Thank you

  • Hey @realpower ,

Thanks for reaching out! An import may help resolve the issue here. ?? Can you please try the following and see if it does the trick:

    • Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type, and make sure that?Date Created?is selected on the dropdown:

If there is still no data, you can go back to?Analytics →?Settings, delete the previously imported data, and then run the import tool again:

The deletion is for the Analytics data only. This doesn’t delete your products, orders, customers, etc. You are able to read more about this process here:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-historical-data

Please let us know how this goes!

I followed all the steps unfortunately the import stops at the finalization stage.

There are no errors on the browser console side or in the woocommerce logs.

In the woocommerce scheduled actions panel I see that there are no scheduled actions waiting, no scheduled actions failed and a series (4 pages) of “wc-admin_import_batch_orders” scheduled actions completed.

I still don’t see any data in Analytics.

    Hi @realpower,

This is quite unusual. Could you please try the mentioned steps with only having WooCommerce as the active plugin in your store to see if the issue persists?

Let us know how it goes.
