Show the state/region/department

    Hello, I am a lover of the “VillaTheme” plugins, they are simply fantastic.
    I use Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce, but now I need to show the state/region/department or whatever it is called in different countries and show it in the email, what can I do?

    I have made a small modification and when I saved everything it was deleted, it happened to me in 2 templates, I don’t know what to do.
    Can you export an email template to restore it in case this happens?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using our plugin! I’m happy to address your concerns below:

    For the problem with template modification and saving, this matter is addressed in the latest version 1.2.9.2. But I’m afraid you would need to recreate the entire template from scratch. It’s due to corrupted data and unable to be reverted.

    For the question regarding state/region/department, I may not fully grasp what you’ve written. If those details are billing/shipping details of the order, then we have components for them.

    You can place a short code to show, for example, only:

    • Country
    • Region
    • City

    I see. For now we have shortcode for order meta data, but this is available in the premium plugin only.
