    Hello,
    we really enjoy using the plugin. Thanks for that!

    Unfortunately we have a problem with the hooks, they don’t seem to work. In particular, it’s about the fact that we use Germanized, where the registration takes place in accordance with the DOI. The customer receives a separate email with a confirmation email. If I now want to copy this email template from Woocommerce into your plugin, then it is not possible to get the generated link. The customer then never receives an activation link.
    I hope I explained the problem well.

    Another problem we have is that not all Woocommerce email templates are present in your plugin when you create the template (selection at the top right in the editor).

    Maybe you have an idea how we can solve the problem?
    Best regards
    Johannes

    Hi Johannes,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I’m afraid I don’t fully grasp what you’ve written. However, it seems you were referring to the compatibility of New account activation link, is that it? Could you take a look at this documentation and let me know if that’s what you’re looking for?

    And for the missing email types, which specific types do you not see under Email Types dropdown?

    Best regards.

    Sorry for the late reply.
    No, the issue cannot be resolved via the account activation email. Two emails are required for DOI registration. And it’s not possible to get the information (neither hook nor shortcode) in this template… We solved it differently, but thanks for the answer!

    Kind regards;
    Johannes
