    Hello,

    In the booking page, I select all the people who have booked and when I want to export all the people, I get a wordpress error “There has been a critical error on this site.”

    What should I do?

    After testing the export functionality on our end, we found it to be working as expected. The issue may stem from a conflict within your local environment.

    To help resolve this, please:

    • Deactivate Other Plugins: Temporarily disable any additional plugins and try exporting again.
    • Enable Debug Mode: If the issue persists, enable WordPress debug mode and check the debug.log file in the /wp-
      content/ folder.
    • Share Debug Log: Send us the debug log to assist further.

    When trying to activate the (EventPrime Events Import Export) addon plugin, “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a?fatal error.”
