I’m using the Divi theme, on WordPress 6.7. After installing SmartSlider 3 (free version), every menu item in the WP Customizer is gigantic (i.e. every menu item like General Settings, Additional CSS, etc.) are all about one page tall. Deactivating SmartSlider 3 solves the problem.

    Hi @sneader!

I wasn’t able to replicate this problem and we haven’t heard of such issue before, so it might be related to using another plugin next to Divi theme too. We would need to do some deeper debugging, so please get in touch with us through our form, and we will try to figure out what is the issue!

I really appreciate your willingness to help! I deactivated every plugin except SmartSlider 3, and the problem persisted (before posting in support), so I don’t think it’s being caused by another plugin. I also removed all custom CSS. Strange indeed, but I bet we’ll get to the bottom of it. I’ll reach out — thank you!

Hi. I have the same problem. (updated divi theme, updated wordpress version, updated plugins.)
The problem disappears if I deactivate Smart Slider 3…

    Hi @gianniggb

Could you please get in touch with us over our ticket system?:

    And we’ll continue debugging there.
In the meantime, please also try if the issue happens with only Smart Slider 3 and Divi enabled.

Got the same problem with Divi and Smart Slider 3 PRO. WP Customizer is gigantic
