    My customers are trying to use the coupon code but when the coupon is applied they receive a “Coupon Usage Limit” in the card. When I review the coupon code in WP, it shows 0/1 used but still doesn’t work. When I change the usage limit (in WP) greater than 1 it works. Does the plugin have an option to increase the usage limit or what could be causing this issue?

    We are using the automatic generated coupon codes through the plugin. Would the cookie have anything to do with it? Does it expire once a customer clicks the email link and then they come back (a second time) and it expires?

    The coupon code will not expire unless an expiration time is set in the coupon settings. If there is no expiration time defined, the coupon should remain valid until used.

    To help us investigate this further, could you please check if any expiration time is set for the coupons in the plugin settings? If possible, kindly share some screenshots of the coupon settings, so we can ensure everything is configured correctly.

    I checked the settings and the coupon expiry date is set to 7 (days) and the email send is 3 (days). Maybe some of my customers try and use it after only having 4 (days) to use? I will set the coupon expiry date to 30 so it doesn’t expire so fast. Hopefully that fixes the issue. You can close this thread. I’ll open a new thread if the problem persists. Thanks for the help!
