    Hi there,

    This is Apo working with an author on themeforest. Due to a confliction between Redux Framework and WordPress ( 6.7 ), our customers are no longer able to click any of the links under Dashboard > Customize and it is because you’ve added some codes in customizer.js for button. Please provide us a solution to the problem.

    Thanks

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    It’s because WordPress 6.7 changed the HTML in the customizer. It’s NOT changes we made. And we’re working on it. Please be patient. Thank you.

    Please try this version. 5.4.0.4 beta: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

    It contains code that supports the new <button> based customizer HTML and the <span> version in previous versions of WordPress. Please let me know if it works with your theme.

    Hey,

    Thank you for your help. I tried to use the zip file you sent. It works once but when I go back and click on another time, it doesn’t work anymore. FYI, I cleared out my caches and used in a incognito mode but the same.

    Thanks

    Unfortunately, I am not experiencing that behavior, although “I go back and click on another time” is pretty vague. Specific steps would have been helpful. I will need a copy of your theme to review for the issue you are reporting. Are you able to provide that? If not, I will need to speak directly with the theme author.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. I updated Redux to version 5.4.0.4 beta: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/archive/refs/heads/master.zip, and elements in the Customizer are clickable, but most options are not being published. For example, after changing the background color in the Customizer, I need to go to the theme options panel and save the changes there for them to become visible. Only then are the changes applied.

    @herculesdesign – Pease do not piggy back the tickets of others with different issues. Please start your own ticket. And I am going to need WAY more information than this, as I am not able to recrate the issue. In fact, I’m probably going to need a copy of your theme to see if it happens on my side. It’ll save a lot of time and trouble.

    @birdost – when you have a copy of your theme you may share for support purposes, email it to s u p p o r t @ r e d u x . i o (remove the spaces). Until then, there isn’t much else I can do and am closing this ticket.
