    Hello jmblack88,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue where, during credit card payments via Redsys, the amount changes from €60 to €0.60 upon reaching the payment gateway.

This problem may stem from a configuration setting within the Redsys payment gateway plugin.
I recommend checking the settings of your Redsys plugin to ensure that the currency and its minor unit are properly configured. If the settings appear correct and the issue continues, it would be advisable to contact Redsys support for further assistance.

Lastly, provide the URL of the Redsys plugin you’re using.

Looking forward to your response. ??

Hello, thank you very much for your help.

I am seeing that the card payment configuration is the same as the payment configuration with Bizum (which does work correctly). The payment gateway plugin I use is: Redsys Unified Gateway for WooCommerce (https://pagosonline.redsys.es/). I’ll open a ticket to see what they tell me.

For what it’s worth, the currency configuration in the settings I have is:
Currency: Euro (€) — EUR Coin
    Location: Right
    Thousands separator: .
    Decimal separator: ,
    Number of decimals 0

I don’t understand how they have the same configuration in card payment it doesn’t charge well and in payment with Bizum it charges well.

    Greetings.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello jmblack88,

    Thank you for your reply

I can see that you have correctly configured decimal and thousand separators.
This issue may be related to how the Redsys?plugin handles the numbers.

It would be best to wait for Redsys?plugin support.
Please let me know when you hear from them.

    Have a great day!

Hello again. I have received a reply from Redsys plugin support with this answer:
The final price is calculated by the backoffice (woocommerce), the redsys plugin does not have the ability to modify the amount.
    Thank you very much.
    Regards,

They don’t tell me anything else, right now I don’t know how to proceed because if one payment option does work correctly and the other doesn’t, I don’t know what could be wrong, honestly. And if they tell me that redsys does not have the ability to modify the amount, I don’t know what’s going on.

    Greetings.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi there!

I understand how frustrating this can be. To help determine whether the issue is caused by WooCommerce or the payment plugin you’re using, I suggest deactivating your current payment plugin and trying an alternative plugin

You can try using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin: WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. This plugin also supports credit card payments.

Please let me know if you encounter the same issue with this plugin. If the issue does not occur with Stripe, it would indicate that the problem is likely with the plugin you were using previously.

For more details on how to perform a conflict test, you can refer to this article: How to Test for Conflicts.

Additionally, you can find more information about the Stripe plugin here: Stripe Documentation.

    Thank you!
