Not sure what I may have done to not set this up right but when any of the actions are chosen (Buy Now, Bid, Add to Watch List) nothing happens.

I have created a user at https://brycebarry.com/wp-login.php?action=register and then logged in and gone through the actions then too.

Add to Watchlist SAYS it worked, but when I go view the list, there are no items there. Returning to the item I added, it again says I can add to the list.

    Hello @dingledoink,

We have reviewed the auction product details provided below. The auction detail page appears to align correctly with the design layout.
    https://brycebarry.com/dinosaurs-60-x-40/

We registered on the site using the link below but encountered issues logging in. We recommend creating a new test user account for us and sharing the email ID and password. This will allow us to test the bid functionality and provide feedback.

Additionally, we have a few questions and requests:

-> Could you please share the WooCommerce System Report? You can find it here:
WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

-> It seems you are using the “Hello Elementor” theme on your site. Have you implemented any custom code in the theme? Please let us know.

-> Have you overridden the product detail page using the Elementor Pro plugin? If so, kindly confirm.

-> Does the auction functionality work correctly without customizing the product template using Elementor? If it does, the issue might be related to the configuration of the product detail page template in Elementor.

-> Have you encountered any errors while placing a bid or performing other auction functions? If possible, please record a video showing the issue and share it with us for further investigation.

-> The problem might also be caused by a JavaScript conflict with another plugin. Could you try the following steps and share the results:

-> Activate the auction plugin then deactivate other plugins on your website one by one and see if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved after deactivating a specific plugin, let us know the name of the plugin so we can investigate further.

As this involves private information about your site, please share the requested details securely via our contact form. Once we receive your response, we’ll investigate further and get back to you.

    Thank You

    Hi @dingledoink ,

    Kindly do below:

    1. Could you please share the WooCommerce status report?
    2. Also, send your query to this form.

Both the above will let our support team take a look faster.

    Regards,

    Nitesh

I have filled out the form and submitted a bunch of info.

It would seem as though “-> Have you overridden the product detail page using the Elementor Pro plugin? If so, kindly confirm.” May be the problem. Will see if I can create a template that is much simpler for Products that are meant to be auction items.

    Hello @dingledoink,

Thank you for your query. Could you please clarify if you have overridden the product page template using Elementor? If so, is that why the bid isn’t being placed? Have you tested the auction functionality by disabling the Elementor product page template? Does it work correctly in that case?

Currently, we’ve noticed one issue: the notice doesn’t appear at the top of the page.

-> If we could attempt to place a bid on your site, we might be able to identify the issue in more detail. Please create a test user and share the username and password with us so we can log in and investigate further.

-> Additionally, could you please provide the WooCommerce status report?

Lastly, it seems we haven’t received the query you submitted through this contact form. Please resubmit your query along with the requested information so we can look into it and get back to you.

    Thank You
