Redis not enabling

Hi – when I’m in the Cache screen – I’m trying to enable Redis in litespeed. I enter the required info (port / host, etc) and click save and it doesn’t enable, it just goes back to: “OFF”

I checked with my hosting provider and they confirmed that Redis is enabled on the server and the port is correct. How can this be enabled?
