Unusable Gutenberg Column Block Formatting with Astra Theme

  • When I add a gutenberg column to a page, the formatting of the box to select the column attributes is not very wide and but is very high. See below, I have added a link to error below which shows a screen snip of the column selector in the editor and then the strings “abc” and “123” placed in 2 column row with a 50/50 split.

    This is the first time I have tried to a column block to the website. However, when I removed the Astra theme and reverted to the twenty twenty four, the issue was no longer present. I also upgraded to the latest version of the Astra theme (v4.8.6) and WordPress (v6.7) and the issue still persists.

    I am fairly new to wordpress so looking for help to resolve. Any help much appreciated.

    It might be coming from the container width set in the Customizer. Would you kindly navigate to Customize > Global > Container Width and then see if you have set the container width correctly?

    If the issue persists, I would request you to share the Astra Customizer Settings of your site, if possible. Don’t worry, the exported JSON file contains only the Astra Setting and doesn’t contain any other information.
