Account Page Form Field Titles Do Display

  • We are currently building a site using a WordPress Multisite setup with Ultimate Member to create password-protected areas for users.

    When logged into an account, users can access their profile page through Ultimate Member. This page allows them to update their details, such as their name, password, privacy settings, etc. There are four menu options on the left-hand side for navigation.

    However, we’ve noticed an issue: when navigating away from the main “Account” tab to another section, like “Change Password,” the page loads, but the form field titles are missing. For example, there are three text boxes visible, but their labels do not appear. Interestingly, if you refresh the page, the field titles show up. However, as soon as you navigate to another section, the titles disappear again.

    Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a known solution?
