• Good Day;

    I keep on getting this error even after i delete the Google reCAPTCHA plugin. My predecessor added it and i’m trying to edit it as we keep on getting that error but cannot seem to see where it’s still installed. I assumed after deleting the plugin it will remove itself but it didn’t. Any support will be apprechiate to identify where it is then either remove or edit it

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @choudhmh,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It looks like WPForms Lite is not installed on your site.

    From the page source, the Google reCAPTCHA code seems to be linked to the plugin located at /wp-content/plugins/profile-builder/. This might be the User Profile Builder plugin, which includes Google reCAPTCHA integration. I recommend checking your Plugins page for confirmation.

    When I clicked on the Sign In button at the top of your site, I noticed a Google reCAPTCHA with the error message: “ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key.” This error is typically caused by incorrect keys. To resolve this, you could generate new keys for the correct Google reCAPTCHA type configured for that login form.

    As this issue appears to involve a third-party plugin, we’re unable to provide direct support for it. If the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to the support team of the plugin you’re using for assistance.

    If you’d like help with using WPForms Lite, please feel free to let me know.

    Thanks!
