After I updated to WP 6.7 Yoast is not working.

In the editor the tabs for SEO, Readability, Schema, and Social are visible. But nothing shows up below them when I click on each.

If I click the Yoast SEO option on my WordPress menu, It shows a blank page. If I click on the various links under the Yoast SEO option the only pages that work are Tools and Upgrades.

I already tried clearing my cache, logging out, and praying to sponge bob.

    Hi @rhythmrascal

I am sorry for the issues you are facing.

Blank metabox items and blank settings:

We’d like you to perform a conflict check to help us determine the next steps while saving you time.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.

Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

    Hi,

Same blank pages issue for me on many websites, even in “Troubleshooting mode” with only Yoast SEO plugin activated :/

I am having exactly the same problem with WP 6.7.1. Yoast no longer displays. Even with all plug-ins off except Yoast, it only displays the tabs on post pages.

I would suggest Yoast needs a bug fix?

    Hi,

I tried to reproduce the issue with the latest version of WordPress (6.7.1) and Yoast SEO (23.9) using?WordPress Playground?and InstaWP, which provides a one-click WordPress website, and noticed that the issue is not occurring in these environments. As you have mentioned that you have performed a conflict check, can you please check whether you are using any caching plugins or CDN like Cloudflare, Siteground, or any other similar ones on your website for caching? If yes, have you tried clearing the cache on these platforms to further narrow down the issue? Sometimes, we have noticed the blank metabox or settings not getting loaded issue occurs when some caching on the website isn’t cleared properly (within the plugin level, server level, or CDN level), or else the cache files on the browser are not yet cleared or due to a conflict by other plugins or themes. So clearing all the caches would be appreciated.

We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to help you.

    Hey everyone, just to share…

I use WP-Rocket and also Cloudflare.

However, even after disabling WP-Rocket, adding bypass cache rules in Cloudflare, pausing it entirely, and clearing browser cookies and cache, it still didn’t work!

    Hi,

Thanks for checking and informing us that the issue persists even after clearing the caching @mowhammed. As we are unable to replicate this till now with the latest version of WordPress and Yoast SEO, as the next step, can you please provide the following details:

    1. Can you please navigate to WordPress admin dashboard > <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>Tools > Site Health > Info?> click the?Copy site info to clipboard?button and share the site info details with us? Those details will help us find out by creating a site like that. If you are not interested in sharing the details here, you can add them to your Google Drive as public and share the link over here.</span>
    2. What’s the Site Language of your website?
    3. Are you checking the pages via the administrator account?
    4. Does the same issue occur when you try to replicate it on your local environment, staging site, or another server (without any caching)?
    5. Can you please navigate to Yoast SEO > Tools > Export settings (tab) > click on the Export your Yoast SEO settings and share the settings like in step 1?
    6. Finally, can you share a full-page screenshot of the browser console error without any errors showing?

I hope you will be able to share these details to help us to replicate the issue.
