I have a strange phenomenon happening only on my homepage. At the top of the page, I have a few links to other pages on my site. If the URL starts with https:// then everything appears correctly. If www is used, the menu is all jumbled together and you can’t read anything. The menu works fine regardless of URL on all the other pages, just not the homepage. Any ideas on why this is happening and/or how to resolve? TIA!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You have entered 2 different URLs under Settings > Generall. Once the URL with https://, once with https:// – but always without the www subdomain. My recommendation would generally be to use only one spelling in all places. Whether with or without www is an individual rather than a technical decision.

At present, the www subdomain is apparently still forwarded to https://-URL without www. Technically speaking, this is fine. You would just have to decide on one spelling overall and have every call redirected there. You can also set this on the hosting or with the help of an SEO plugin.

Thanks threadi. Indeed, I was able to get it fixed through the hosting. They renamed htaccess file and problem seems to be solved.
