Results from form not going to Google Sheet

  • Hello,

    I have integration with Forminator to Google Sheets. It has worked absolutely fine for the past year and a half and just suddenly stopped. Nothing changed but just not working.

    I have disabled the integration and recreated but still doesn’t work. Tried to a different sheet, still not. Duplicated and still not.

    It works fine for my other forms still.

    Glad of any ideas.

    Just to be sure, you mean the Google sheets integration works fine in other forms and only has an issue with one form?

    Could you please go to Forminator > Submissions and check the submissions of the form where you have issues and check if there are any errors picked in there regarding the Google Sheets integration?

    Possible to also share the form export? Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Hello,

    Yes, my google sheet integration works fine on my other forms just not this one.

    When I download the CSV, there is nothing in the Google Sheet info cell but in the ones previously it shows Successfully send data to Google Sheets.
