Google Feed has stopped showing some products

    My google Merchant feed has started to give the error message for 50% of my products:

    Not approved: This product cannot be shown. It has one or more issues preventing it from showing on Google. Unable to view shop on desktop, Unable to view shop on mobile

    But all of the products are working and can be viewed across desktop and mobile websites. I haven’t changed/added any new plugins. I have regenerated my Google Feed with Product Feed Pro, but I am still getting this error. I has requested that Google recrawls my website but the next day the error is still there for the same products. Has anything changed with the plugin that I need to update?

    Hi @healthmus ,

    Usually Google would let you know why it was disapproved, can you please check why it’s being disapproved?

    It’s likely that it’s missing an attribute or missing data somewhere.

    It says its “The product page was unavailable for Google to check. Update your online shop so that your product page can be viewed from desktop devices.”

    I had the Googlebot blocked in my firewall. I have removed it and resubmitted. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

    Hi @antonic93 ,

    Please open up a new post as you likely have a different reason. Please also check on GMC on why it was rejected. There should be a reason why it was rejected.
