By default, WooCommerce does not support using brand logos in the product filter sidebar. WooCommerce allows filtering by attributes, categories, tags, and other taxonomies, but these filters display text labels (such as brand names) rather than images/logos.
To display brand logos as filters, you’ll need to use a plugin or custom development, as WooCommerce by itself doesn’t include this functionality.
