    Currently my shipping service provider will auto update the order status from ‘processing’ to ‘completed’, and then add a private note to with tracking info “eg: Courier: 1233459112843”. So this will trigger the order completed email customized by Yaymail Pro which supposed to contain the tracking number using the widget from AST.

    How do I:

    1. Add a delay to send out the order completed email (so the tracking number have time to be updated).
    2. Copy the tracking data from private note to AST tracking widget

    So that after the shipping service provider ship the parcel, my customer will receive the order completed email that contain tracking data.

    Could you please share which shipping service you are using to ship your orders?

    Additionally, kindly provide a screenshot of the WooCommerce admin order details page, including the order notes. This will help us understand how the tracking information is being added and determine if we can integrate it with the AST tracking widget for your use case.

    Thanks for your reply, the courier I’m using is J&T Malaysia. The J&T VIP does have an API code but I don’t know how to use it.

    Currently I’m using BigSeller (multi-channel ecommerce service) to integrate with J&T Malaysia and my woocommerce store. So the flow is like this:

    1. BigSeller will automatically pull the order from my woocommece store
    2. I pack and print the order AWB in Bigseller, it will then send the shipping details to J&T VIP.
    3. If I click ‘ship’ in BigSeller, it will change the order status from ‘processing’ to ‘completed’, and then add a private note ‘J&T Regular(MY) : 123456789’.
    4. My store will send an order completed email to customer, but without the tracking code.

    So now after step 2, I didn’t click the ‘ship’ in BigSeller, instead I manually add the tracking code into AST widget, so it will change the order status to completed and send an email to customer which contain the tracking widget, I use Yaymail Pro to do this.

    Is there a way to either:

    1. Update the tracking code to AST widget from J&T VIP API, so after step 2, it will automatically update the status and send the email containing tracking code to customer. OR
    2. Update the tracking code to AST widget when I click ‘ship’ in BigSeller.

    I’m okay with either way or any other way as long as it doesn’t require me manually update the AST widget, as sometimes I forgot to update and customer will come asking.

    We can integrate with BigSeller based on the details you’ve provided. Using the information added to the order notes (e.g., J&T Regular(MY): 123456789), we can automatically capture the tracking details and populate the shipment tracking widget in AST. This will save you from manually entering the tracking information.

    This integration will be available in the Advanced Shipment Tracking PRO plugin. Once you purchase the PRO version, let us know, and we will provide you with an updated plugin file to test this integration.

    Hi, the store already have the AST Pro, but I can’t find the integration:

    Is that mean a customized plugin and I need to request a new one every time the plugin is updated? Or is there a way to add a code in function.php file so that the customization won’t be overwritten when there’s a new update, thank you.

    If you already have the AST PRO plugin, you can contact Zorem support directly for assistance with this integration. Simply log in to your Zorem account and submit a support ticket from there. They will guide you on whether a custom integration is needed or if there’s another solution to address your requirements without customization being overwritten during updates.
