Terrible support

My experience with this company over the past few years has been terrible.
If questions are simple and basic, they are usually able to help.
However, when it comes to serious payment errors or bugs, they refuse to take responsibility.
In tickets, they often repeat your question as an answer or point fingers at external companies, such as Mollie.
There are over eight tickets that remain unresolved and were closed without actually addressing the problem, leaving us feeling helpless.Be aware: There are significant issues with credit card recurring payments in combination with Mollie, particularly when the recurring schedule is set to monthly.
No logs of these issues can be found, as if such subscriptions never existed in the first place.
Additionally, some of our clients received incorrect emails from the system, containing other people’s names and email addresses. Even when we provided proof—actual emails forwarded by customers—they denied the issue, plainly stating that the email from the customer does not exist!Ticket conversations are often rigid and unhelpful. At times, it seems they don’t understand the content of the request, responding randomly just for the sake of answering or to pacify the situation.
