Content not editable – Big Problem!

    Hello,
    I was working on a timeline and after closing the browser and starting to login to wordpress again and opening the page in edit mode, the entries of the rows of the coantainers of the timeline are empty. When I save the page and look on the result of the page. Everything is gone. So I was creating all the content again and after that. This happened again.

    Take a look at the page on nearly bottom for the timeline.

    And take a look that all the content is gone when I try to edit someting. Now I can edit nothing on the page, because everytime the complete timeline content will be removed again, because its displayed like an empty new added element.

    Please fix this, because I worked a few hours on this.

    Hi @andone91,

    This issue has never occurred in the plugin while editing a story. It might be a conflict with one of the other plugins installed on your site or with your current theme. Could you please try deactivating your other plugins one by one to identify the issue? Also, try switching to a different theme if possible, and clear your site and browser cache, then check again. Additionally, please share a screen recording of the issue to help us understand it better so we can provide a fix.

    Hello,

    I found the cause of the problem. In the story elements. The elements like picture is locked. I removed the lock and deleted the picture placeholder, because I dont needed them. After that, the content of the story element was completely removed on its own and the deleted picture placeholder was there again.

    When I dont do this. No content is removed.

    Hi @andone91,

    Thanks for the clarification. Actually, this feature is only supported in the pro version of the plugin. If you unlock the position of the timeline element and then move the element, after refreshing the page, it will add default content to timeline stories after reload page.
