Typography and other options under customization not working

    Hi,

    Typography, colors, page title and other options that are listed under Redux plugin is not working. I tried disabling all the plugins, still no luck.

    Here’s the thing. We are a developer’s product, not a consumer one. Theme authors use Redux to create their options panel. How developers use Redux and what they do with it are things we have no control over and do not support. We are unable to support any theme that uses Redux. We also do not have access to theme that use Redux. The kind of support falls on the theme author. We must contact them. If they determine there is an issue with Redux (and I do not believe there is as there are no reports of this kind), then the theme author will contact us and we work with them. And “work working” doesn’t describe the problem in details. When you contact the theme author, I suggest not using vague sentences such as that.
