    You don’t…

Admins have the dashboard. They need it. What are you actually trying to do here?

You have a slew of posts like
how to disable admin of all multisite and how to create a non editable and non deletable default page

What is the COMPLETE end goal here?

Yeah but … WHY do you want to disable their admin access?

Pretend I’ve never used bloggers.com (which isn’t hard, cause I haven’t). What do you want your users to be able to do?

Multisite would mean you want them to be able to have their own site where they can:

    1) post anything
    2) modify their theme (within limits)
    3) customize their layouts
    4) add users etc

    multisite means
i want my user to have their website with limit access, they can do following work.
1.create edit and delete pages pages created by them
2.change theme(select different theme cant modify code)
    3.change information about their profile
    4.create user for their site

    Hi,

there are a few options for this.

Firstly, You could have the login redirect plugin , which will redirect users to the website and bypass the Dashboard.

If you want to allow them to have specfic tasks, you could add the Customer Meta Widget to the side bar and select the tick boxes of the options you like.

You might also want to change the .htaccess file to rename the wp-admin directory to avoid smart users from jumping into the dashboard.

Or you could edit the function.php file to remove dashboard options.

If any of these options suites you, reply and I will give you links and instructions.

    thanks wickedpenguin
I think the last option will be best..i.e removing the dashboard from function.php
