The “Link by Stripe” button is incorrectly positioned

For customers who do not have a Link account, when they check out for the first time after you enable Link, they can choose to save their payment information by checking a box and entering their phone number, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Z3eqCLBr77GZ.

If they enter their phone number and choose to save their information, Stripe will create a Link account for them using the email address they provided in the checkout form, as explained here:https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/payment-methods/link-by-stripe/#new-user-experience
