    Hello ReviewX Support Team,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the ReviewX plugin where a pop-up message continuously appears on my site. The message reads:

    “We’re upgrading your store to ReviewX-v2.0. Please be patient; the process will only take a few minutes. Once the synchronization is complete, you’ll be able to enjoy all the new features.”

    This message keeps appearing without any resolution, and the synchronization seems to be stuck. I’ve been waiting for quite some time, but the message doesn’t disappear, and the plugin does not appear to complete the upgrade process.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Install or update ReviewX plugin to version 2.0.
    2. The above pop-up message appears and stays indefinitely, blocking further actions.

    Please advise on how to resolve this issue and allow the upgrade process to complete successfully.

    Thanks for reporting the issue and really sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have been already working on this issue for a while now and hopefully it will be sorted within next 2-3 days.

    We are going to release an update in earliest possible time.
