Fake Contact Form Submissions

    Hello,
    We frequently receive spam contact form submissions from various names/emails with N/A in the message body.

    Anything we can do about that?

    Hello @sumukha,

    We need to look at the requests from your site to understand what the reason is. Could you tell us the name of your site or its Service #?
    You can find Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name.

    Please do the following. This should improve the quality of the filtration.

    1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
      → set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
      → set the “Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;
      → Save Changes.
    2. Clear all the cache on your website.

    After that, observe the situation. If there are new cases, please let us know.
