Cloud Scheduled Scan Doesn’t Run

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear you have issues with broken link checker.

It appears your site has an issue with syncing with HUB API, and can’t communicate properly, can you please confirm that you are using the latest version of BLC plugin? I’m asking because we changed how the broken link checker connects to HUB previously you needed the WPMUDEV dashboard plugin as well in order to connect and sync with HUB, but from verion 2.3.0 its not required anymore.

Additionally if possible please go to wp-admin -> tools -> info copy the information and share here so can find a clue (you can use the copy to clipboard button to copy the data).

I hope things are going well for you.

The site info looks good to me. Also, I tried connecting a testing site to HUB and doing a schedule backup, which appears to be working fine.

Can you please do a few things and let us know how it goes?
– Set a local timing from Site > WordPress Admin Dashboard > Setting > General.
– Set a local time in HUB > My Accounts > Detailed & API Keys > Timezone
– Reset another schedule and see how it goes.

Additionally, I checked in the logs the BLC was able to communicate with the API.

I did set the Hub time zone to match, though, which at least helps with the schedule. It’s supposed to run at 5am tomorrow, so we’ll see if it works!

It didn’t run this morning as scheduled, and now says the next schedule is tomorrow at the same time – 5am. It’s the same issue, but at least the time zones are synced now! ??

We have received a few similar reports and have already escalated this to our developers for further review. We hope to implement improvements to the BLC scan schedule to address this issue as soon as possible. However, we cannot provide an ETA at the moment.
