    Hi All,

I am currently trying to list several products each with 6 variants of weight. Currently on my CTX feed (Free) I have it set to include “All Variations” and this shows all the variants however I have seen competitors have managed to group the products on to one ad which works with a drop down. I have now tried changing the CTX feed so it was set to “Variable + Variations” this seemed to show only the highest priced product??

Can anybody help with what I am doing wrong.

    Thank you in advance

    Dear @carlos547547

    Thanks for reaching us.

To group variations under on group id, please choose “All Variations” while creating the feed. Once the feed is created, you will find the variations on the feed under one Group ID. Then, upload the feed to GMC and GMC will group those items under one parent item.

I hope the above will help you create the feed correctly. Please, feel free to reach us again if you have any further queries.

    Best regards,

Hello, thank you for getting back to me.

I have tried that setting and I can see from the feed text file that all the desired products are in one group ID but when I upload these to to GMC they still appear separately. How long do it take actually group them together on google. The effect i want it like below where it shows the “other options”

    Hi @carlos547547

If you have created the feed by selecting the “All variation” option, the items should be grouped under one item as this is how GMC suggests creating the feed, and according to your confirmation, you have created the feed the way it requires. However, if GMC is not grouping your items, I would suggest you contact GMC regarding this issue.

For further inspection, you can reach us with the feed url.

    Thank you,
