    Hello to all dear supporters,
    I am trying to upload a CSV file of the products to Facebook, but the file I get from the plugin is only with 216 products out of 669 products on my site, is there a reason?
    I was unable to upload an XML file because Facebook says that the file cannot be accessed..

    Hi @mdora ,

    with 216 products out of 669 products on my site, is there a reason

    = Ensure that you have the include variations option on the product feed general settings

    I was unable to upload an XML file because Facebook says that the file cannot be accessed..

    = Try visiting the XML file via incognito and another browser. If it’s accessible then it’s an issue on Facebooks end. You can also try creating a new feed and pass this newly created feed to facebook

    Hello dear Mr. Jeff, thanks for the reply..

    I am attaching a picture, I marked the variations in advance.. but the file that the system produces is really partial..

    @mdora ,

    With the support forum you’ll want to use something like screenshot or https://imgbb.com/ to send images as it won’t accept direct image uploads.

    Send in your debug log and reupload your images: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Thank you very much for your response.
    When uploading a CSV file, can I also upload the product images?

    Hi @mdora ,

    If you are uploading anything, it’s best to use a 3rd party provider (google drives, dropbox etc.) as you generally cant upload anything in the WordPress forum
