Product reviews not visible on entire site

Dear Support Team,
I have have an issue with the rating system not working entirely for some months now.
In WooCommerce- and products settings, the ratings are enabled, and the review widget is added to the product template. However, nothing is visible on the front end. Disabling all plugins except Elementor and Woocommerce, cache clearing, theme swiching and use of different browsers didnt make a change. All product widgets dont show the review section and the shortcode: [products] displays the product data set without review. From early testing, i had some test reviews left which didnt show up either on the related product.
My child theme is fully built from scratch. It is based on Hello Elementor and the shop is still under development. The site is intended to replace another site once everything is working, including migrating the shop. Therefore, the URL is only temporary, and – im sorry – the site needs to be password-protected.
Please let me know what information you need for troubleshooting and I will deliver as soon as possible. If desired, how can i share my status report and the screenshots ?
The site is nearly up to date and i will get the recent updates next week but i wont expect a change of the behaviour because the last cuple of updates did not resolve it anyway.
My hosting provider also checked the settings but could not provide an explanation. I would appreciate any hints or advice that could help me resolve this issue.

For us to provide better advice, can you please send over the status report and any relevant screenshots here? You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot or loom.com to record your screen (if preferred). Then paste the link here.
For the system status report you can get it from WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support. Then paste it here using the <code> block.

Because ShopLentor has its own product review section, i thought it might have set the default one to inactive. But in my view, once the regular WP and WC updates are done, the server data should resemble a new installation except for my child theme, shouldnt it?)

Thank you for sharing the screenshot! From your screenshot, it looks like you are using Elementor widgets for product reviews. I also noticed that you’re using older versions of WooCommerce and WordPress.
Could you create a staging site, update both WooCommerce and WordPress to their latest versions, and check if that resolves the issue?
If the issue persists, for testing purposes, could you please deactivate the Elementor plugin and keep only WooCommerce and a default WordPress theme, like Storefront, active? Then, check if the reviews appear on your site.
Additionally, you can use our Product Review block to display reviews on your product template.

Hello, the site is supposed to go live in January/February 2025 . I have daily backups and can test without any concerns. My hosting provider has scheduled the latest updates for next week. Therefore it will take a few days for me to complete the required tasks, but I will report the results as soon as possible! As default theme i can provide “twenty twenty three”.

Hello @all, the issue seems to be solved now ??
After updating to the latest WP & WC versions, I deactivated Elementor and Elementor Pro and switched to the Twenty Twenty-Three theme first. That did something because my earlier test ratings appeared. When I switched back to my regular child theme, the rating stars continued being visible in the desired place, even when I reactivated Elementor.
Then, I realized that I might need the “Product Data Tabs” widget in my product templates. Adding this widget finally brought the reviews function back to life.
Thank you very much for your support! Now, I’m glad there’s nothing left to prevent the shop migration in 2025.
