Update failed: Update package not available.

    I’m trying to update PrettyLinks from v3.6.12 to v3.6.14, but when I try, I get the error “Update failed: Update package not available.”

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Hi blueglow,

    You may need to try deactivating and deleting the plugin and then try installing the latest version. You won’t lose any of your links or data by doing so. If that doesn’t help, please reach out through our site and we can troubleshoot further.

    I’m happy to hear that deleting the pluging won’t cause me to lose data.

    After your post, I tried simply deactivating the plugin and then updating it, and that worked. So I’m glad I didn’t need to risk fully deleting it.
