Make contributor only list and count their own posts

I think having the contributor see in his wp-admin account other users’ posts and posts-count is just not very logic. Other users posts should not be in his account, anywhere, it’s just confusing.
There should be some hook for posts count area, to be able to edit that text and link (All posts (25 | Published (4) | Drafts (1) | Trash (1) ).
