    Hi Guys, not sure how, but my plugiun was upgraded to the cloud version. Problem is:
    A. i cannot access my pro license key anymore from the online reviewx.io dashboard
    B. i created a free license key – but when i entered this in during set up in the admin dashboard area, it could NOT connect
    To make matters worse, the admin dashboard set up where you enter the license key was closed. Now i cannot find where to try enter the license key again.

    To make matters extra worse, the plugin isnt working anymore (my thought, maybe because i didnt install a license key?).

    Anyways, looking to get this resolved ASAP. The chat support agent on your site was not knowledgable nor professional. Hoping someone can help in here. Thank you!

    As you may already know, we’ve updated the plugin to the Cloud version. Please rest assured that your ReviewX Pro license remains valid for ReviewX v2.

    To proceed, kindly log in to the ReviewX Client Portal at https://client.reviewx.io. If you don’t remember your password, we recommend resetting it. Once logged in, you can find your license under the “License” tab.

    After retrieving your license key, please update the plugin to the latest version and follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate the plugin.
    2. Reactivate the plugin.
    3. Enter your license key.

    Depending on your product and the volume of reviews, the synchronization process may take some time.

    If you continue to face any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to our live support team again—I’ll personally guide you through the process.

    Good morning and thank you for the reply. I will follow the instructions (although cannot seem to access my Pro license key). I will follow up with your live chat support now and try and get this figured out.
