orders on ecommerce have overlapped

I would need your help as it seems that some orders on ecommerce have overlapped.
For example we have a mom who placed an order for Christmas Ticket and received order confirmation email #12983 dated 10/12. The next day I placed an order for a parent, the ecommerce gave him the same order number by overwriting it.
Is it possible to check and see for how many orders this happened? By this morning I should give the correct numbers for this event tonight, but so I don’t know how to do it.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
