    I would need your help as it seems that some orders on ecommerce have overlapped.
    For example we have a mom who placed an order for Christmas Ticket and received order confirmation email #12983 dated 10/12. The next day I placed an order for a parent, the ecommerce gave him the same order number by overwriting it.
    Is it possible to check and see for how many orders this happened? By this morning I should give the correct numbers for this event tonight, but so I don’t know how to do it.

    Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you’ve got order number issues on your site that we need to sort out promptly. For a quick fix, you can check for duplicate order numbers by going into WooCommerce > Orders in your dashboard and reviewing the orders listed. As for the cause, this might be related to a setting or an plugin conflict.

    Could you please confirm if you have any order management plugins installed or if there are outdated plugins on your dashboard?
