    I have tested with
    WordPress 6.7.1
    default 2025 theme
    woocommerce(9.5.1) plugin.
    wp smtp plugin

    all the other order notif mails etc are working.

    customer note email template is enabled on the settings of woocommerce.

    I really dont have to time share system report etc. it is what is.
    just a friendly feedback. I hope you guys fix it soon.

    Hi there!

    I tried to replicate the issue on my site, and I can confirm that the customer order notes email is working fine. To assist you further, could you please confirm whether you have enabled the email notification for customer notes?

    You can check this by going to WooCommerce → Settings → Emails. Here, click on the “Manage” button opposite the Customer Note email and ensure the following option is checked: “Enable this email notification.”

    If that option is enabled, please try deactivating all plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if that resolves the issue.

    Ok I have changed the hosting service and did some extra work(I’ve been busy enough to not remember what I did) on this and the problem is gone. You can simply remove this topic. Thank you.
