My client is having major issues with their Woocommerce My Account page login for all of their customers.

1. First, the Lost Password link lead to a Lost password page, but the content on the page just refreshed the login page.
2. Then, we tried to fix some Cache issues with out host, Showit. I was then completely unable to login at all…it would just refresh.
3. Then, Woocommerce plugin needed an update, so it autoupdated, and then I also updated the Woocommerce database (and the Elementor one too, which I designed the account pages on visually).
4. Then, when I did that, I was able to sign in with my test login.
5. But now….everyone that goes to the my account page sees that they are logged in as me. I can’t logout, no matter what I do. And now the world see’s it.

Please help. Showit tried to help with some things on their end in WordPress, but they think this is starting to sound like bugs happening beyond them, and since Woocommerce handles the logins, I am hoping for any advice where to turn since I am at a loss.

Are you seeing the same results on the My Account page?
Please share a screenshot from your end.

This behavior suggests there is a problem with the cache on the site.

Lastly, share a copy of your site’s System Status Report to help investigate further.
You can find it under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.”

My store was experiencing the same loop to login and various other issues across the store and checkout. I noticed various other issues and on the forum and the found a solution on a different thread. The issue is caused by Elementor. Go to Elementor > Setting > Features, and set “Element caching” to inactive.

@atrsoftbl, could you please try the following steps?

1. Go to Elementor > Settings > Features.

2. Set the “Element Caching” option to Inactive.
