ADA/Accessibility Issue

The website I provided is just a sample – this is a problem with all the websites I have the plugin installed on. When doing a check for accessibility using the WAVE tool (https://wave.webaim.org/), the close button triggers this error: button is empty or has no value text. The fix presented is: Place text content within the <button> element or give the <input> element a value attribute.

This was not always the case – older versions did not present this error.

Because our company is very strict on ADA compliance for all our websites, I am hoping this could be remedied, especially since website accessibility is legally required for many sites.
