    Hi @guillaumeg06,

Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you might be experiencing an issue with how email notifications are configured in Gravity Forms. Could you please check if you have multiple email notifications set up for that form, or if you’ve added multiple email addresses separated by commas?

When you have a moment, please double-check your form notification settings to ensure everything is configured correctly. Here is a guide that might help you with this: [link].

Additionally, on the WP Mail SMTP side, you can review this guide to help debug any email sending issues.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!

    Hi @darshanaw ,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I’ve reviewed the debug log from Gravity Forms, which indicates the following:
“An email request was sent to the Gmail API.”

Here is an example of my current notification setup:

Interestingly, when I disable SMTP, everything functions as expected. This suggests the issue might be related to the SMTP configuration.

Could you please provide any insights? I suspect this may not be an isolated case, and others might have encountered a similar issue.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best
