Off Canvas Menu not showing on mobile (portrait)

    Hi

    I’m having a problem with my off canvas menu items not showing when I access the hamburger in mobile portrait view. I have search and social media items that do show. When I change mobile to landscape and enter hamburger, it shows up as expected.

    Can anyone help with ideas to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

    I have reviewed your website and it appears to be fine from our end. Refer to this screencast, please.

    Could you please try closing your browser, reopening it, and accessing the site by adding “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL, like this: example.com/?no-cache?

    Please let me know if this makes any difference in the output.

    Thanks very much for your reply. The screencast shows what I am getting at my end too. The problem is that the menu should be displaying the menu items (ie home, etc) and not just the search and social icons. When the device is turned to landscape and the off canvas menu opened, those missing items are displayed as expected.

    Do you know what may be causing this to happen in portrait only?

    It is possible that the menu is hidden for mobile devices. To begin with, please make sure that you have set the visibility of the menu by navigating to Customize > Header Builder > Mobile view > Off-canvas menu. Here’s a screenshot to guide you with a visual reference. [Link to Screenshot]

    Solved! I was looking too far into the problem and I was confused as to why it was showing in landscape only.

    The mobile visibility button was not activated as you suggest ???♂? Thanks very much for your help.
