not syncing dimensions or weight

I understand you’re trying to sync product dimensions and weight with ShipStation, but they aren’t syncing while other order data is.

Could you enable logging in the ShipStation settings to check for errors?
You can find the error log under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

Lastly, Share a screenshot of the product’s dimensions from the edit screen.
I want to verify product dimensions are set up correctly.

logging was enabled but no errors were shown, just notices that the order was synced.

I understand how critical it is for your product dimensions and weight to sync with ShipStation. Currently, this data doesn’t sync automatically due to a known limitation.

However, you can upvote the feature request here to help prioritize its development: https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/include-dimensions-on-shipstation-integration/. We’re actively tracking interest in this feature.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can export your product data as a CSV file from WooCommerce and manually upload it to ShipStation. You can find a guide on exporting products here: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/.
