redirect change category part of URL

I am trying to add a redirect for all post tags that previously (in Drupal) had a URL like https://alphingtonsportsmed.com.au/category/tags/the-australian-ballet to the correct URL in WordPress like https://alphingtonsportsmed.com.au/tag/the-australian-ballet I need to do this for every tag. Is there a kind of wildcard redirect? I tried source url: /category/tags/.* to target url: /tag/.* with no luck.
