    Can the QR code and the age group box be removed from the event? We do not need this and I can’t find a way to remove that option. thank you

  • For QR code: goto EventPrime setting page, then “Frontend Views” then “Events” Enable/disable QR codes is the second option.

    For age group: further down on the same page is “hide age group section”

    Thank you that was so helpful. I figured there was a way but couldn’t find it.

    I’ve had issues where I have updated venues, organizers and other things and when I click save (or update) the screen goes back to the old values. Most of the time, the data was actually saved. I think it has to do with cacheing or something. Very confusing. All I can think of is that this may be the same issue.

    We’ve checked on our end, and everything appears to be working as expected. Could you please disable server-side caching and temporarily deactivate any cache plugins you may use? After doing so, test the updates again to see if the issue is resolved.
